Just now I was looking out of my window and spotted this bird sitting on one of the botak mango tree branches. its sth like a cuckoo or sth. then another one of its kind landed on the tree branch just slightly and directly beneath it. the next moment, the one on top lifted its tail and let go of a bomb... which fell right onto the bird below and bounced off. it's rxn was damn classic. it sorta ducked down a bit and looked up, slightly shocked.


The pine cone that i plucked off a tree in spain is still sitting on my desk. Its really nice cos it has this woody floral scent which i like to smell from time to time. and i've just realised that the pine cone has seeds in it! cos i banged it n the table a bit and this paper-thin 'wing' which dropped out contained a tiny seed at the end. i'm thinking of planting the seeds. :D its nice knowing that this pine cone has offspring and that i'm potentially holding future pine cone trees in my hands. though it'll probably need air con 24/7.
